The upcoming elections are of a particular importance given the ongoing crises in Venezuela. Therefore, it is critical that the people of Venezuela are given all the possibilities to freely exercise their choice. It is of great concern that regional and international observer missions will not be allowed to monitor the elections.

4.07.2017 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia expresses its deep concern over the illegal installation of a so-called border sign across the occupation line in the Tskhinvali region, in the area of Bershueti village, Gori district, as a result of which several local farmers' agricultural lands have now partially fallen beyond the occupation line.

The report covers the period from October 2016 to March 2017.
