Co-operative Republic of Guyana
Diplomatic relations between Georgia and the Co-operative Republic of Guyana were established on 23 April, 2012.

Visits and meetings:
On June 29, 2012, the political consultations between the Georgian and Guyanese parties were held in the capital of Guyana, Georgetown, during which perspectives of the development of bilateral relations and directions for the cooperation were discussed.
