Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of Peru Attends Presidential Inaugurati

At the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Peru, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Peru (with residence in Brasília), Zurab Mchedlishvili, attended the official inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President of the Republic of Peru, Keiko Fujimori.

During the visit, Ambassador Mchedlishvili held meetings with representatives of Peru's newly elected government, including the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alfonso Carlos Espa, where particular attention was given to the prospects for strengthening cooperation between Georgia and Peru.

Ambassador Mchedlishvili conveyed the congratulations of the Government of Georgia to the Peruvian side and expressed Georgia's readiness to further deepen bilateral cooperation in the future.
